The course was well delivered. Bethan was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and relatable.

The course has greatly enhanced my confidence in engaging with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, enabling me to have more meaningful and beneficial conversations. It has empowered me to better understand their needs, avoid potential misunderstandings, and effectively support them without unnecessary discomfort or escalation.

It was very educational, but personally due to my issues with attention span I found the repeated back and forth between videos, scenarios and group work to be quite hard to keep track of.

I have really enjoyed the course and have learned so much. the only issues I experienced was accessing some of the modules, however, our course tutor was able to smooth out any difficulties. It was excellent. Thank you.

Very informative and relevant to the young people we work with as well as being able to support colleagues dealing with difficult case loads or personal issues.
