Really enjoyed the course! I also enjoyed the delivery of the material by Nikki. I found that there was a good balance of theory, activities and group discussion. I also think the pace fitted well with the group I was in. Thank you very much :)
I found the training very useful. We had great discussions. I definitely recommend buying the handbook as it is great to use once the training is over to make sure we remain confident when facing certain situations.
