I found the online part of the course to be quite flat, despite the content itself being very interesting. There were also a high number of spelling errors on the slides which I felt was unprofessional. The best part of the course for me was being able to discuss and enhance on what we had covered in the live online sessions. Overall, the course was enjoyable and eye-opening and I feel far better prepared to help someone in mental health crisis, or otherwise, than I was before.

Sarah presented the course to a very high standard and also made is an enjoyable experience. A very competent, experienced and friendly person. I would definitely recommend this course to others.

The course was extrememly well presented by Sharon the trainer. She showed very good knowledge and handled delicate subjects will real professionalism, whilst always ensuring that the course participants felt comfortable and at ease discussing tough topics.
