Absolutely brilliant course that makes you think about life and work and I think the course should be well advertised and every member of staff should take the opportunity

We chose not to do the hearing voices element as a group. The course was really informative and as enjoyable as they can make a topic like this.

It would have been 5 stars overall, but the website was glitchy and kept shutting down when I wanted to proceed, which slowed me down in getting through the content.

Thank you Carol for your insight and knowledge. I fell far more comfortable talking to and about mental health and the issues around it and also more capable to deal with situations that may occur in our everyday lives
