Tristan delivered the course in a friendly professional way. He was welcoming, informative and covered everything I could think of and more. He took time to check everyone was understanding. He asked if there was anything anyone needed. He explained how the course would be delivered and made questions and requests welcome. What a fabulous teacher. Many thanks Tristan. The pre-course instructions were late coming. we were told they would arrive 2 weeks before. The time I had allocated to do this past and went before anything came through. When it did. It was not clear exactly what I should be clicking on as pre-course material. So I had not actually completed it all. It was hard to find and very frustrating. However. Bobbie Allen pulled it back for you. She was very good.

The course itself was good, however we didn't have much notice to complete the pre-course work and accessing the info on the learner hub was very confusing.
