Excellent course Jacky put the course over the two days brilliantly.

Very informative course delivered by two excellent tutors. It would have been good to have lunch provided to enable networking and further discussions.

Fab trainers. Made the group feel relaxed and at ease, even throughout role plays/tasks. Provided humour too. Felt the content was detailed, but very relevant and informative. Would be nice to have the slides to refer back to. The manual will be a really useful tool in my role
