Very helpful and informative, should be a mandatory course for anyone who manages/supervises staff. Should also be pushed for all employees to have the chance to attend. Course is well structured and delivered brilliantly.
Excellent course, a lot of information crammed into the 2 days but I now feel better equipped to help others. Got some great books and aides to take away which will be great in the future
