This was very useful especially the confidence section.
Really liked the HSBC examples. It has given so many ideas and the breakouts allows better networking too.
I found module 2 more useful than module 1 which I enjoyed in its own right. The business plans work was great, specifically the formatting the plan and the serve, strength, score section. The organisational politics module was really strong also.
Really appreciate the opportunity to learn through Individual conversations with coaches as well as the group setting.
So good to get back in the classroom. Learning and development makes me take stock and actually go back to basics. This course so far has already got me thinking how to make those changes.
