Really liked the HSBC examples. It has given so many ideas and the breakouts allows better networking too.

I found module 2 more useful than module 1 which I enjoyed in its own right. The business plans work was great, specifically the formatting the plan and the serve, strength, score section. The organisational politics module was really strong also.

Really appreciate the opportunity to learn through Individual conversations with coaches as well as the group setting.

So good to get back in the classroom. Learning and development makes me take stock and actually go back to basics. This course so far has already got me thinking how to make those changes.

I really liked the session on confidence

I think the course was a great step in the right direction for 7IM in terms of the training it provides for young employees. Going forward, I would: Definitely have as much of it in person as possible. I cannot stress enough how much more I think people would get out of it if it were in person. Have other speakers as well as just Anne. Perhaps external guests and/or ExCo members to share things which they have found helpful. Make more of a social out of the last session. Maybe do it in the afternoon and have drinks after? Maybe it would be nice to encourage the pace pods to go for lunch together or something?
