Like the course overall! Better combine some method after describing the four types of animals; also may talk about how to cope with a low/high score in dimensions of CRIS
I think smaller group (3~5 people) would be helpful for discussion.
Great course led by Anne Clarke, who has been great at provoking thought and helping to channel feelings on certain topics, all of which I've really appreciated. It's a great forum to help understand that lots of colleagues go through similar thoughts. Thank you!

The course was high energy and was thought provoking. This will spring board me as I stat a new chapter with PB.
Good variation of tasks. I enjoyed the mix of partner, group and solo activities. Anne and Mark created a positive and open environment. I would be interested in their other sessions such as imposter syndrome.

Great session with David - some really interesting and unique points to remember, and ones that will help me definitely in my development. Only feedback would have been around being online rather than in person, and also as mentioned how close together the sessions are - I think both of these are already handled for next cohort. This has been a really good course and very helpful for me indeed.

We had a session with David Nikolich on Organisational Politics and Networking. It genuinely motivated me to increase my engagement with different teams in the business. David is so good at getting everyone to contribute and maximise the value of the session. If I could have given 6 stars, I would have ! Thanks David !
