I’ve enjoyed the course and have found it very beneficial to have Anne’s guidance and knowledge throughout the course. The course has been great in planning my career development plan and i have a much clearer picture with my career plan within PWM/7IM where i believe i can add great value. I have clear goals and look forward to progressing in 2023

Facilitators completely have you at ease - very personable - making a course that is out my comfort zone, feel more manageable.
Todays session was helpful to me on a personal level. It’s great to explore some of the skills that i am looking to grow, eh confidence and my personal brand.
After being a bit unsure on whether it would be a bit 'cringy' - actually found the content really insightful and a good way to think about how your personal brand is perceived, and how you can actively promote this. No forced involvement, but everyone naturally felt comfortable enough to join in - breakout rooms were managed well (really enjoyed chatting to everyone I was paired with) - one of the few courses I've been on where I feel empowered to start making positive changes straight away. Really enjoyed it - thanks to both Paul and Charlotte. (Was also a bit dubious about 5 hours delivered over zoom - but really relaxed environment - worked well - looking forward to the other Accelerate courses i'm due to attend!) Also really enjoyed Mary's session - really interesting - and will follow up!
I learned a lot from the course. I have started to use the methodologies and tactics in my role already. Some reference materials (PDFs) would be useful.
Very useful first session, with lots to think about. I have a basic idea of what my career journey looks like at the moment, but I think this will really help.
