Thought the course content was delivered excellently! Paul was engaging and insightful - managing responses from all attendees and making natural links back to the content covered. The space was safe in the ability to make comments and ask questions! I felt a lot of the attendees experience the same challenges as me personally within the organisation which gave us specifics to discuss in the break out rooms!

Insightful and interactive session. Facilitators are very engaging and that’s quite different from our usual training.
Good course and delivered well however the contents was basic for my skills. I know the grow model and use it well so maybe the next level of coaching would have added more value.
