Really enjoyed the format of today's course and guest speaker. Exercises were really enlightening too
Time management and communication to take it back to being a manager. The conversation turned quite general. Using common line manager scenarios on the receiver, sender, method slide would have been great
Really insightful session. I will work on identifying suitable mentors/sponsors in light of what I have learnt.
Facilitators are fab. Very thought provoking points in todays sessions.
The course content has been very enlightening. I had began to do some inner work but I’ve been introduced to models and ideas I hadn’t yet come across. It’s been very refreshing to realise that other people want to do the work to become a better version of themselves and creating their own opportunities.
I found this module very thought provoking in terms of how I would like to be viewed by others and what values I want to be known for. It has encouraged me to take behaviours from people that I look up to and and implement them myself
Really good course! Would highly recommend any colleague to take it. I had come with the key objectives of 1) listening to other people’s thoughts around this topic as I’m quite engage in to ED&I space at my organisation, and 2) updating my knowledge, as there’s always something new to learn. And I must say that both objectives were met. Moreover, I have been pleasantly surprise with new concepts, such as assimilation in the context of ED&I and cultural intelligence as key elements for inclusive leadership.
Charlotte was excellent!! Course was delivered really well, very knowledgeable and her personality made me feel relaxed and happy to participate
