A really useful course. Would have been good to understand the context oft Henderson better prior to the session.

Having been through team trainings like this at other companies, I'll admit I was skeptical that this would be a good use of my time. I thoroughly enjoyed it and the moment I finished I told someone close by how meaningful the session was. Well done and thank you.

I'm afraid I didn't really take much away from the course but maybe some of the reading material mentioned by Charlotte would make a difference for me to help me study more how I respond/react.

The case studies really help to bring things to life and help you connect it to things you do at work.

Great module. Asked critical questions from a strong framework which really focuses on career development. Feels like a Holistic view of career development and help gives us the tools to drive the chnage that is right for you as an individual
