Course well delivered. Facilitator had a good conversational style of delivery, which was relaxed but encouraged engagement with the source material of the course.

An example scenario or a workshop approach where a conflict was roleplayed would have been beneficial. There weren't any examples from the participants in this session to discuss and think about, which limited the sessions value.
