Perfect refresher- great group engagement and discussion

The first part of the course was difficult for me to get my head around due to my current role however the course overall added value

Straightforward content - good pause for thought moment at the right time for me personally Agree with your comment re the point on being seflish - I always think of it as being "sufficiently selfish" and you should not be embarrased to do so.
