The 8 goal write up was a very helpful exercise and I now have a much clearer idea of what needs to be done in order to achieve my goal.

Very interesting content - gave me a lot to think about personally, especially goal setting.

Good to reframe organisational politics, and generally good content to think about how to network

Really enjoyed the open nature of the course - breakout rooms worked well, pace was good. I felt like there were some simple tangible things I can easily apply. Supportive environment was great!

Great course to break down the elements of impostor syndrome, learn ways to recognise and manage it and build a mental toolkit for confidence and capability. It was good to have so much interaction and feel like other people have to manage the same challenges as me.

Perfect balance of discussion in breakout and sharing of comments and experiences with theoretical - love the personas and being able to 'identify' myself!

Great course - excited to take additional modules within Accelerate. Came away with tangible actions to execute.
