Great Module today, I found the material very useful on how to structure time efficiently during 1 to 1s
The scenarios presented during the course were really interesting and relatable. This made it really easy to apply the techniques and understand the impacts in real life situations.
Paul did really well, many thanks. The future will show to what extent I can utilise the results of the course in my current role. But if I were part of (even more ;)) senior management, I'm confident I would be able to use them instantly.
Very inspiring course full of interesting and useful content. In the beginning, I was worried that me not being in a management/leadership position might not make this relevant to my current role, however, there was a lot of material that I will be able to use for my role and personal life. I really enjoyed the way information was presented and activities in the breakout rooms was nice way of breaking up the presentations. Also second day's speech by Nadia was very inspiring and encouraged me to analyse about the way I think and how I surround myself with the right people. I think the only thing is (but this is more of the Teams issue) that when we are in breakout rooms we sometimes get disconnected before we can wrap up. So perhaps slighlty more time in the room or maybe a warning (not sure if possible) would be useful!
I really enjoyed the course , it was interesting and has definitely made me think about things differently .

As always I appreciate the development and encouragement the course provides. I find it also gets me reflecting on my current approach and what I could do to better that approach.
