Great content which was very relevant for my role and business
It’s common to think when you get an invite to attend a sales training course that you’ve been through it all before however this was an excellent use of time that’s really made us all think about our business and the improvements we can make to it. Well facilitated by Mark, thank you
Great session with good pace interactive which kept it interesting and engaging
Genuinely one of the most engaging days I’ve had over the last decade. Superb mix of content and space to share thoughts, experiences. Mark definitely created a “safe space” for everyone to express themselves freely which hugely enhanced the session. I had asked Abstract to conduct the session for my team and the day far exceeded my expectations. A massive thank you to Mark and the whole team.
This was good. Familiar themes but the more I do these the more self aware I become. I’ve come away from this positive about my personality traits but also annoyed by some of them. I’d missed part of yesterday but the material is easy to refer back to. Overall this was an important use of my time.

Like the fact you can write notes in the side of the PDF and the commitment planner. Loved the Fox, Sheep, Donkey, Owl analogy. Very straight-forward way of thinking about it. Course underlined that organisational politics doe not have to only be negative. Would have like more tangible examples for 'extra curricular activities'.
