Great session. Thought provoking and educational. Challenged my thinking in particular my thoughts on marginal gains for individuals and the team as a whole.

Good overall summary and some nice takeaways, especially the situational competence section. Session didnt feel too long and onerous, i enjoyed it :)

Actually a 5 star day. I enjoyed this particular course the most of any Abstract course I have attended so far. Really enjoyed the group discussions that were facilitated by Paul and Charlotte. For a whole day I felt engaged and will take a lot from each individual session. Thanks!

Really engaging course. A good mix of theory and exercise. It’s given me the drive to make changes I’ve been thinking about for a long time.

Excellent delivery with good engagement at the right time. Lots of moments for reflection and the approach to moving pairs around helps get different perspectives. Thought provoking content and well delivered. The day did not feel like a chore and that’s not easy on a full days course.

Really enjoyed the morning session even though its far too hot. I felt the neurosphere module interesting, however a little less relevant to me personally
