A lot of material common sense, but as said on the course, not necessarily so common practice! The diagram about working through the comfort zone to get to growth & development is brilliant, and I’ll think of this.

Great session going through personas, conflict and management minds. As always lots to pack in to the session so could have done with more time on certain aspects but great content and appreciated time to chat through with everyone!

This course has been one of my absolute favourites. Anne is just incredible, so clear and changes tone when something is important to note. Clays pace became just right In this last session and really sunk in. The content across the course has been so helpful and to take away so many frameworks, lists, questions and useful tools is so worth the course Thank you so much and looking forward to the advanced! You are both amazing and it feels an honour to be on this course with you both.
