Very engaging training

Very good training with useful action points and key learnings to apply

Didn't agree with all of it fully, but I voiced dissent and discussed differences during the training

Always great to reflect and receive input/ methods to increase influence and work smarter.

Great course, really helped reaffirm my understanding of Boards and the attributes of a good board member. Will now progress lining up a pathway to find and take advantage of opportunities at the right juncture.

Very good course. Made me more aware of certain aspects and motivated me to make changes.

Overall, this course has really made me think about my career and given me a lot of questions to answer l, which is a good thing! I think it has also helped me realised what I can bring to the business as well as improving myself

Interesting topics, interactive and easy to understand some of it I can’t relate to or I felt like I had to start thinking differently. But overdone food for thought for sure

This course makes you think and often ask difficult but important questions. Great tool to look within, introspect and March forward.

Really enjoyed the course. the course was engaging and it highlights aspects of both yourself and of work that you wouldn’t be aware of otherwise, whether that’s personas, anchors , or networking. Anne is brilliant and guiding and nurturing a group of people who would normally have little day to day interaction into a cohort willing to share their experiences and challenge and support each other. Overall a great course which I will take forward with me whether that’s in my current role or in something else !
