Had some issues with the zoom as kept dropping out and could only log in via browser so didnt have all the functionality
Very constructive course. good personal insights and details on how to adjust approach, with key triggers and supportive framework to make the changes stick.
Presenters and content really good. Feedback for improvement same as last time....I really do feel this would be better split out into a few more sessions and utilising Mornings, as 6 hours with relatively short breaks is a long time to keep concentration via webinar for me.

I thought the Module was excellent. It brought together all the work completed in Modules 1-4 around confidence, influencing and understanding our natural style and ended with a very clear Call to Action (ie. "go be on a Board"). Best Module of the programme, in my opinion. The Resilience assessment was a particular stand out for me (so much so that I gave my fiance the assessment to complete for himself!). I thought the 5 Vital Components was fairly basic for this audience hence the 3/5 score for that element. A couple of the Vital Components were repeats of what we'd talked about earlier. Its not a big deal as its only a small element of a whole day session but may warrant a review.
As always the course content was brilliant with practical applications which get you formulating plans to implement post course.
A well thought out and executed piece of work by two passionate experts. Some genuinely useful takeaways that will have a positive impact immediately (managing conflict and the structure/prep work associated), as well as the framework to improve other aspects over time.
Really useful session and changed my perception on the boardroom. Some really useful things to consider and actions.
