I found both discussions very helpful today. From the poloitics point of view it has really made me think about those around me and their intentions and how they may be trying to sway me. And this I thought this fed nicely into their purpose and my purpose. I think I really lack direction sometimes so this week's objectives will prove a bit of a challenge. I do worry that my purpose might not line up with or even agree with the company focus though

Some interesting new takes on emotional intelligence and I like the idea of having my own personal strapline
Would be great for more discussion but I know time doesn't always suit. I tend to have thoughts/ideas that come up during the session but difficult to engage or share.
I enjoyed the course but I find it difficult to put this into practice, I don't totally know what I want to do, how my values align to the organisation or what my purpose is. As a result, I find these things super challenging to think about.
