Enjoyed the boardroom session

This course was different to what I expected but has definitely given me a something to think about. Being part of a Board in the bank seems like a way off yet but this has helped me consider how I can build up this experience in my spare time. Would be good to cover how we can start the journey of finding a board to sit on.

The presentation was well structured, backed up by a good examples of a real life journeys to enhanced the listener understanding on the subject matter. Confident is a key player in our daily life which has a big influence over on what's the situation we are in. This session was very informative and educational. Thank you so much Mark, I have thoroughly enjoyed it and have learnt a lot.

Great session and finished right on time.

The course was very enjoyable and thought provoking and well delivered by the facilitators. Anne and Lou are great communicators and were very well prepared, personable and clearly have a deep understanding of the topics / concepts. There were a lot of principles / concepts discussed and more discussion around practical application (in the plenary session) would have been helpful. The written materials were pretty high level and it would be helpful to have more text on the objectives of each session and background to the concepts which we could review in advance and afterwards. Additional materials were provided during the sessions - it would be helpful if everything could be included in the workbooks.

The course came at the right time for me as I have like many other been a little self conscious during this uncertain time. This course made me think in different ways in which I really appreciate. Thank You.

Overall, I thought the course was excellent. The guest speakers brought an insightful account of their experiences and demonstrated how the course material was put into action by them, which further demonstrates that the course content is extremely relevant. The course has given me a lot of food for thought and i am looking forward to putting what I have learned into action and progressing in my career. Thanks for everything.

I loved this course. I found it really insightful and I thought Mark was great at presenting, he really knew his subject and was passionate about it. This course has helped me think about things I had lost sight of. I would 100% recommend this course.

An excellent and well structured course for the 'Modern Day' Manager.

Despite being over Webex and encountering some technical gremlins the course was brilliantly hosted with clear and understandable content. The message was pitched at a level that resonated with me and the examples used to bring the different situations to life really hit the spot. Thanks to Mark for his time and expertise.
