Another fantastic day and a really nice way to close the years worth of work. The 8 steps to goals setting will be really valuable as I move into my new role.
The self reflection this course allows us to have is second to none. Coupled with the ability to see and hear what other colleagues feel is invaluable insight
Great session to close a fantastic year with Abstract. As someone who is interested and passionate about self development and learning it is incredibly motivating for me to work with specialists in high performance. The content discussed can often be things that I encountered before but often framed differently to how I have previously encountered it.
Been a pleasure working with all the Abstract guys. Learned lots, laughed lots. It’s only when you pause and reflect some of the concepts have become normal behaviour rather than abstract concepts. Good balance of existing theory as well as original thinking.
An excellent engaging course with clear delivery and relevant content throughout.
I always thoroughly enjoy the Abstract coaching and the delivery of the sessions. I have never covered the study of the brain before so that was particularly interesting today.
Excellent way to round off the year’s training and learning from Abstract. Will review quarterly as must apply fanatically with my business franchise.
fabulous as always! i take so much away from these days and love spending time with the wider team to share ideas and practise new skills
Fantastic day to end a very engaging 12 months - thanks all!
