The course actually highlighted some of my blind spots and brought more awareness to me. Overall quite positive about the course. Might be hard to change the organization because everyone’s agenda are different.

Useful to have the breakout sessions with the cohort, and helpful to listen and hear diverse views from different backgrounds. Build confidence in sharing personal thoughts and thoughts about the subject matter.

I like the confidence session as it breaks down how to think about my own confidence level piece by piece, which could be too conceptual to start with.

Confidence was and still will be a challenge for me going forward, especially in things I am not good at. Today's session had me thinking quite a bit in terms of overcoming this. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed the content of the training. It helped me better frame some of the issues, challenges and thoughts that I have come across in the past.

I find the facilitators very energetic and passionate about the subject matter. This is one of the most useful courses I have done in my career to date. I find their advice is realistic. Maybe the only small point is that when we go into our break out rooms, we can no longer view the slide which covers what we are supposed to be discussing. It would be good to be able to see this in our workbooks to keep these unguided conversations on track.
