Facilitators were really knowledge, it makes such a difference that they have come from PB background and therefore understand the challenges.
Learning & Development play a very important role in assessing your own role and characteristics. Without taking a step out of your day to day role you forget to apply the helicopter view at times or most times whilst fire fighting. Great to have a guest speaker Amie especially as I could really relate to her personal circumstances but also because we had similar challenges in our day to day roles.
Good overall summary and some nice takeaways, especially the situational competence section. Session didnt feel too long and onerous, i enjoyed it :)
Excellent - very thought provoking, especially the summary, with the focus on personal career!
Excellent delivery with good engagement at the right time. Lots of moments for reflection and the approach to moving pairs around helps get different perspectives. Thought provoking content and well delivered. The day did not feel like a chore and that’s not easy on a full days course.

It’s been great for attending this course. It gives a lot of ideas on the soft skills that IC should also pay attention to.
Great course, really helped reaffirm my understanding of Boards and the attributes of a good board member. Will now progress lining up a pathway to find and take advantage of opportunities at the right juncture.
