Good but could be more local government and Sutton specific in why it is important to care about EDI (PSED etc).
Very similar to module 1 Personally I would have liked a bit more theory and teaching than 2 break out rooms
Good thought provoking discussion working with colleagues helpful and productive.
Still a lack of actual examples of conversations around experience of discrimination
Its good food for thougth and promotes introspection of one's one actions on a day to day basis.
Good second session. More practical and good open discussions
Interesting topics raised and about the right amount of time to discuss.
The session today was clearer than the last one.
I feel more positive about this course than I did after module 1 - I drafted feedback but did not post as I felt too negative and I wanted to see how things panned out with module 2. Module 1 felt constrained by a prescribed approach (eg inability to change use of words because training organisation's script required use of this). I was not comfortable with some of it. Module 2 more focused on practical issues and sharing of ideas from course participants.
