The course makes you think about yourself first and define who you are, what you want and where you want to be which isn't something we do regularly so it could be a great opportunity to make some changes in our life and at work.
I really enjoyed the breakout sessions, but if they would be a little longer I believe we can get more out of them. I really enjoyed the self-reflecting piece of the program! Knowing our self is part of the battle of building our brand.
Found this session, as well as the previous ones, extremely helpful in giving me more direction and motivation to be the person I want to be and achieve in life what I want to achieve. Thank you.

It was nice to be in a female only group as it felt like you could be more honest about issues and considerations around families etc. Amanda was a great choice of presenter

These courses allow me to sit back and look at where I am and where I want to be, and also to realise how many preconceived ideas I have built up over my working life.
Really useful course as all these are. Gives time to really think about what you need and where you need to go. Previous courses have provide a fundamental shift in my thinking and this one feels the same Amanda Young was totally inspiring too
