I genuinely think the whole course was excellent both in terms of content and delivery, and believe that this investment in our people will result in more successful individuals and teams and therefore contribute to the success of 7IM as a business. I think a "refresher" session of an hour or two to hold people accountable to using some of the tools and learnings they have taken away and discuss successes they have had as a result of the course would be helpful, to ensure we truly embed the messages and behaviours. The presentation was well structured, backed up by a good examples of a real life journeys to enhanced the listener understanding on the subject matter. Confident is a key player in our daily life which has a big influence over on what's the situation we are in. This session was very informative and educational. Thank you so much Mark, I have thoroughly enjoyed it and have learnt a lot.

Overall, I thought the course was excellent. The guest speakers brought an insightful account of their experiences and demonstrated how the course material was put into action by them, which further demonstrates that the course content is extremely relevant. The course has given me a lot of food for thought and i am looking forward to putting what I have learned into action and progressing in my career. Thanks for everything.

I loved this course. I found it really insightful and I thought Mark was great at presenting, he really knew his subject and was passionate about it. This course has helped me think about things I had lost sight of. I would 100% recommend this course.

Despite being over Webex and encountering some technical gremlins the course was brilliantly hosted with clear and understandable content. The message was pitched at a level that resonated with me and the examples used to bring the different situations to life really hit the spot. Thanks to Mark for his time and expertise.

A fantastic series of modules, that challenged, motivated and gave confidence to adapt. Each module importantly flowed seamlessly in to the next and came together as an inspiring course with distinct clarity of message. PACE pods, were great and hold us to account both during and post session. John and David, provided a great dynamic and made sure the modules all remained interesting, interactive and engaging throughout. No mean feat delivering that virtually.
