I found it extremely interesting and it has really gotten my brain thinking about how I can progress my career. I am really looking forward to the course and my development, and working closer with others around the business to provide and receive support.
I learned alot about how I need to practice self care more. It opened my eyes thst being career focused or a "workaholic" isn't always a positive thing when self care slips.
I love How this is making me reflect and think about my actions and career.
Today’s session was great - especially around personal brand and values. I feel my values have altered slightly in terms of work values, however personal remain the same. The session today also had me thinking about long term plans - I often see myself in the near future planning, but not taking time to have long term commitments and goals - definitely a take away from course is the long term focus/goals. Again, great session today - thanks again
