I really enjoyed the course - found the sections about wellbeing / stress/ resilience very useful as a team leader to feedback. Having a structure to follow made it very clear to know what to say next- as part of process. Good examples of active listening and follow on questions from facilitator. Appreciate that it touched on some of the current controversies about approach and the counterarguments (not counselling/ not meant to be a stand alone approach) which will prompt further reading from me around this subject.

The course content was very extensive and informative - being an experience facilitator in similar subject matters I was aware of the models and theory but I still enjoyed it

Alistar was great and easy going. He showed us a great example of how a facilitator should be. This is a tough course but Alistar guided us very well.
