I thought that the course was very interesting and i gained a lot of knowledge that will help me manage my staff should they encounter any problems.

Course was very good, very informative - Trainer was helpful and encouraging

Course was very informative and will prove useful to help me recognise the signs if someone may have mental health issues . It will also help me to hopefully understand mental health more and if i can help signpost someone to get the help they need then great.

Enjoyed the course and the trainers manner and interaction. One small point it would be good practice to let people know that anything spoken about on the course from a personal experience for example from a Mental Health etc perspective should remain confidential and not shared. Also it would be important to ask if delegates attending are ok with the content of the course as there is a possibility it could be stressful for someone who has experienced any of the course content to be discussed on the course.
