Patricia was very engaging. She appeared extremely knowable and was able to offer lots of practical applications and examples of the points being taught. She have confidence when new skills were being taught abs was very thorough in ensuring that skills were demonstrated fully and correctly.

The trainer is a warm person that helps you relax and this improves the learning and retaining process, however the course itself needs to be more detailed, maybe because I have had similar courses. Thank you
