I thought the course was very well presented and the material relevant and useful. What could have have been a difficult subject was professionally handled with clear information, helpful adaptive teaching and an engaging tutor.

The course was extremely informative. I liked the interactive nature and going into small groups. I have often felt unskilled with dealing with people with mental health problems. I feel more confident in my role now

I really benefited from the course. I could have done with maybe a couple of hours extra on the practical itself. I am an inexperienced speaker so the whole course was useful, this maybe wasn't as relevant for colleagues who are experienced speakers. This is possible something that needs to be ironed out at booking so not the fault of the Trainer.

I very much enjoyed the manual handling training that was taught by Patrzia. Patrizia made it very fun and interesting and overall was an absolutely amazing teacher. Patrizia done different practical exercises which involved the full class and she taught the practical side of manual handling in a style that suited each individual. Patrizia also helped build my confidence when speaking in front of a group of people and gave constructive feedback which I took on board and very much appreciated.

Patrizia was an excellent trainer, she really engaged with everyone in the room. Everyone improved under her guidance which was gentle but fair. I thoroughly enjoyed the course, but for me getting 2 presentations prepared the evening before presenting them was extremely stressful. I usually have only about 2 free hours of an evening which has to include eating my dinner, so this course meant 2 very late nights and early mornings (I already get up at 5am!). It would have been FAR better to extend the course to 4 days so that the presentations could be prepared during the working day.
