Rather rushed at the end but probably because we were discussing so much

Rich was a brilliant trainer. He kept his enthusiasm and energy up all day despite the virtual platforms. He was very inclusive and responded positively and specifically to everyone's contributions. I thought Pat ran the session well - he was good at encouraging the class to speak up either verbally or typing it in the chat box and it was good to mix it up. I also thought going into the breakout rooms worked well.
