The training was useful but it was understandably difficult with system issues and delays in people speaking which can't be helped. Overall found the discussions useful
Really enjoyed the course. I actualy wished it had gone on longer.
I had a go at one of the 'role play' scenarios and received a lot of positive feedback which has filled me with confidence.
Very enjoyable and the Richard Abbott was very good at delivery and expertise in his field. I enjoyed the session very much - can't wait for the next session!

Rich was a brilliant trainer. He kept his enthusiasm and energy up all day despite the virtual platforms. He was very inclusive and responded positively and specifically to everyone's contributions.
