Good to know your organisation doesn’t have to fit into one box of deliberate or emergent and can be a combination of both.

Was worried how it would be delivered over teams, but felt how it was delivered made it very active and involved everyone.

Very useful, clearer on assessment

Really enjoyed it, I thought it might be more difficult on teams but the session flowed well. Good mix of theory, activities, videos.

Really good day - some good discussions were had by the group and I liked how flipcharts were used to capture points that we could take pictures of/take notes of to use at a later point

Again, incredibly thought provoking from knowledgeable speakers.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Emma speak expertly on "Wellbeing and Resilience", some key skills and information i will be looking into further, and using within our business and my department.

I joined the session from another cohort , of whom I had not previously met with but was pleased to participate with a lovely group of fellow apprenctices and I found that the course was well paced and Engaging. Thank you.
