It was a great day . The lower marks for the room , it was booked out all day , laptops were kind of needed , yet the table layout had been done so that it wasn't suitable to plug them into power.

Well done to Alex for captaining and navigating the morning on her own, didn’t feel stormy seas at all!

Great session. Good pace. Kept engagement and the breaks were just at the right time and long enough. My lower scores were that some of the slide images and templates were a bit dated and a redesign could present IODA in a more modern and professional light. Also, some of the contributions from some participants made me question if they really meet the eligibility criteria for being a truly senior leader in their organisation. Some items raised seemed more tactical and transactional than strategic and transformative.
