Pat was very knowledgeable and engaging. Felt very much a part of conversations and the course was well explained.

I enjoyed the course overall, I think it lacked the same energy after lunch as it did before however, it was interactive and everyone got to add their input.

It was a great interactive session, breakout rooms were great talking to different people and learning from them too
