Working in HR we already cover and consider a lot of this. I was surprised by the structure of the session. It felt more like another workshop, whereas I thought it had been billed as an action learning group session so had expected it to be more of a build in workshop 1 and how we apply it day to day.

the course was ok felt a bit slower and longer then previous module, but no reflection on the trainer

Long day, lots of information to take in. Not sure doing this in the office at work it the best space.

I thought the content and delivery was good. It's always tricky to do these things on Teams but Nick did a great job of facilitating the session. The only reason I've scored slightly lower is because I prefer classroom based learning.

It was okay

Personally , i didn't learn much new content . The theories were interesting but i do a lot of what was discussed in my day to day role anyway.

Like the content and the trainer, but the course is still missing the AI perspective, we rarely talk about it and when we do is more about the general than about how to use it or deeper conversations about it.
