A bit too much talking from the trainer for me

Session was therapeutic though not sure valuable time spent

Interesting

Doing it over zoom limits the amount of interaction between people. However is more convenient

The workshop was interesting and Debra was a great presenter, who is clearly passionate about the topic. I sometimes couldn't relate the relevance back to the course and thought it was very much about working on one's self as opposed to managing and leading a team.

Good to take an overview of mentoring and to compare & contrast with coaching, and also to gauge how to use alongside pure coaching

Good reflective space

It was an interesting day although the pace was quite slow and it could have been condensed into a shorter session and would have felt more dynamic

Really enjoyed the day, really effective way of enabling us to see a different way to approach matters within the teams.
