Module felt like a repetition of previous modules
Stuart is great but there are not many takeaways for me from this session
I wasn’t really sure how the content related to the first pod it felt very different to the other improvements and like we were going over stuff we’ve already done
It was better than last time but I still felt a little disconnected and disengaged. I find the online learning harder than expected and prefer when I am able to verbally interact with people. I understand the topics but also struggling how they will be applied in to my business yet.
Workshop was fine but did cover a lot of what was done in the previous Masterclass and was very focused on our projects, more so than the VUCA context. It also came after the Projects assignment was due which again seems strange and not fully aligned to the workbook timetable
Very interesting content but did not make much reference to CSR or the module learning points
Our trainer was really good. I just personally felt out of my depth as for my job role itself I do not have control or take part in projects especially any that would use the complex methods we were shown
