Helen was a wonderful instructor, however the content of the workshop felt quite rushed and not all that clear. We moved through everything quickly and it felt quite difficult to always fully understand the purpose and context.

Too many break out rooms, while the trainer had good knowledge not enough time was spent passing that information on

Overall Positive, few topics were new and very interesting to discuss

It was quite a dry workshop

Didn’t learn much new content but it was very good to run over this content and think about certain elements in depth

Great to start. Feel like the session could have been shorter less time on introductions. Time on the platforms was great.

We got off to a bumpy start but felt the session after lunch was much better.

Very helpful advice but session felt too long (only one 10-minute break), and scenarios are hard to act out since we have limited visibility to other departments or protocols.

More space for group discussions would of been helpful. More depth in the subject matters, content felt largely superficial and theoretical
