I enjoyed the course. It wasn't too heavy. The police examples were interesting. It was also good to meet people undertaking different roles in the Environment Agency.

It was good to split it into 3 sessions, and have plenty of interactive elements to maintain attention even on a hot day!

Very good session that’s made me actively think about my leadership style.

Good content, good delivery. Could do with a bit more time to get into POLL or even the web address in prep for the session.

Really thought provoking, gave me some new knowledge and gained more confidence in my role.
