Overall it was a good day, just the tone and delivery could have been a little more bright as it did become a bit dull in places which then loses your focus a bit, the virtual learning has been effective and the information provided is great

I felt that the trainer did a difficult job of providing a considerable amount of information in a short period of time quite well. Perhaps consideration could be given to extending the third session of the day and reducing the second session, as I feel that the session on developing the principles of professional coaching had been covered to a degree in module one and the associated materials. There was lots to cover in session three and to an extent I feel that this element of the day was rushed because of earlier work in session two.

Good discussions within groups. As groups changed around it was good to get to meet different people with different backgrounds
I really enjoyed the interactive nature of the workshop which was very wide ranging with group tasks, polls and discussion around our 360 feedback.
Mark is knowledgeable and makes training a positive experience as it can be a long day on Teams
