Absolutely brilliant couple of days. Allan is a first rate trainer who keeps things interesting and bubbling along nicely. Practicals were very good and I hope I can take all this back into my job.
Great refresher, release techniques were a helpful reminder.
The course was well delivered and it was very engaging. The trainer made it a safe and open space for participants to be able to share past experiences, both personal and work related. The course was paced well with plenty of opportunity for questions and practice. The use of the projector wasn't great for 3 days but it was managed well.
Really informative. Made the day interested with stories in between
