Really enjoyed my refresher today. The trainer was extremely knowledgablable. Listened to our personal experience and worked with us if we was unsure. Asked multiple times if we would like to go over things again and remained patient throughout

The balance between theory and practical was well considered. I felt I was able to ask questions and ask for the holds to be repeated. The instructors were more than happy to engage and support my understanding and development.

Excellent teachers and have really enjoyed the course. It was light hearted and informative. Would like to take this knowledge with me and learn it to the best of my ability. 😌😍

Refreshed importance of using breakaway techniques and staff responsibilities, during activities whilst supporting people (service users) who might challenge with sudden changes in their behaviour and how to to help support the individual. Thanks Lee! 10/10
