Was a good course good to update.

With me being new to care work I learnt a lot and Ben Faetham teaching methods/techniques were a part of better learning.

I thought he was brilliant he made the course yearly engaging and as someone with dyslexia I thought it was very inclusive and catered to all learning types . Course was clear and concise giving you all the information and skills you need.

Absolutely fantastic trainer. Very knowledgeable and approachable. Ben has excellent people skills and made the course clear and fun.

The course was extremely interesting and informative and has made me want to possibly pursue further qualifications in PBS. Ben made the course fun and can honestly say it was the best training course I've attended in my 10 year career. Amazing!
