Very in-depth, knowledgeable trainer who made the course enjoyable.

Really good training and overview. Would have been good to see more case study’s/role play examples in a alternative education setting rather then a care home setting so more apparent to our staff and service.

The trainer was fabulous, understood positive hold, was empathetic and taught skills step by step when I was unclear. I was a bit apprehensive about holding young people however I feel confident regarding holding young people after the 3 day course
