Very good course enjoyed it all ..the training understood are needs
Ben was very knowledgeable & made the course interesting, Alex was confident & presented very well for his first attempt. I will take quite a lot from this course, it made me think how I approach customers & how I will think why they are presenting behaviours.
Felt the training was very informative and enjoyed it being split up between the practical and theory. Felt the demonstrations were very informative and shown well. Was nice to be given the amount of time needed to go through the movement. Trainer was helpful in correcting and showing.
Ben was extremely interactive and immediately made me feel comfortable and excited to learn. He engaged well with the group and he seemed to enjoy sharing his in depth knowledge of PBS, which encouraged me to want to understand it. I found the whole session very informative and this will definitely change my practice for the better. I look forward to level 2
