Excellent trainer and fully able to understand teaching methods

Second year training with Ben and it was excellent. He makes the training extremely fun and gave me some new information in relation to Autism and why service users behave the way they do.

Ben a a friendly approachable tutor, he explains the skills in detail & then demonstrates them, his knowledge of the subject matter is extensive, I particularly enjoyed the new knowledge he delivered around autism.

Pearl was really helpful throughout the course, helping with any questions and teaching everything we needed to know without missing out anything. After my first ever pbs training, I can comfortably say I know alot more than I ever did about PBS and breakaway techniques. Highly recommended trainer

Very informative, clear instructions given in physical part.

The course was well delivered and informative.

Overall i found the course very informative. It didn't feel like it dragged on or was repetitive like some course's. Pearl was great.
