Hannah was very friendly and knowledgeable and brought the group with her really effectively. The content was broad and useful for our teams, regardless of specific roles. it also fitted very well with PCP and LIFE tools.
Racheal is knowledgeable and also an excellent teacher. Course well thought
The course was engaging and informative, I thought the participation was good from other colleagues.
I did enjoy the course. I will like to attend again
The course material was clear and easy to follow, the trainer read a lot directly from this document...........perhaps a presentation would allow for the audience to be more engaged throughout the programme.
