AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Response: Hi Christine, thank you for taking the time to leave such great feedback for the course.

The content was delivered in an excellent way. Both trainers were sensitive with the information on the PowerPoint. They were enthusiastic and helped me learn a lot. At the beginning I was very nervous and now I feel very confident.

Brilliant delivery, felt really safe in the hands of the trainers. Thorough, detailed information. Brought a new level of understanding for me to build on previous experiences. Both inspiring practitioners and trainers. Thanks so much Ben and Matt.

Response: Hi Rebecca, thank you so much for your wonderful comments. We are so glad you found both of the trainers so inspiring and we hope it assists with your future practice.

Course brilliant. Really gave me a lot of new strategies and forethought to put into my practise to hopefully make great improvements for my children.

The course had enabled me to be ready for my role with Horizon and be a therapeutic practitioner. I found the in depth work on the Arousal Model linked with PACE and GLOW. I feel confident with breakaways and restraint but understand they are the last resort. Ben and Matt were brilliant! Thank you

Ben and Matt were very welcoming. This has been the first course that I have attended alone and was at complete ease and enjoyed it. It was interactive and not at all boring. The information provided really got me thinking and was absolutely relevant. I will use what I have learnt every day going forward.

Response: Hi Lisa, thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely comments for Ben and Matt. It sounds like you had a great couple of days training and can take this away with you ti implement at work.

Training was really good and informative. Trainers took time to make sure we understood the information. They also took the time to answer any questions we had. Was good to have a the information again around primary interventions. Also to be reminded to remember there could be past trauma and to always take into consideration factors that could be affecting behaviour.
