Ben made training very relevant, relatable and made us all think about the why !!! I will totally approach behaviours and potential escalations in a different way ! Incredible course and delivery - Ben you are amazing !
The course was exceptional. It has really given me some tools to take away to use with patients and families showing behaviours of concern. It has reinforced that we can not treat patients with any bias and treat them all as individuals and get to the reason why they are behaving that way to come to a positive conclusion.

Ben was a really good trainer who was engaging throughout the day. I learnt a lot about human behaviours and the “why” behind behaviours. I feel I can apply everything I’ve learnt in practice and it will benefit my work. Really great training session
Very interactive and engaging. Trainer had lots of personal examples of situations to share with the group. Smaller classroom as was very large room for such a small group
