I enjoyed the course and felt like I learnt a lot and that the trainers were very friendly and easy to approach and ask any questions I had to them

Becky was brilliant at giving all information correctly and so was easy to understand Natalie was fantastic with demonstration and helping to make restraints easy and safe

Trainer very knowledgeable and good communicator

The importance of the course has being achieved and its impact has been made towards the support work.

Both Gemma and Mat tried to accommodate the individual using a variety of learning styles and modality. Very good
